2021 Budget Availability

The Board of Directors of the St. Charles Mesa Water District approved a Proposed Budget in the amount of $3,645,779. The Budget has a proposed water rate increase of 1.5% that will cost the average customer using 24,000 gallons $0.57 per month or $6.84 a year. The revenue estimated from water sales is $2,455,000. The Budget includes $300,000 from the District's Capital Improvement Fund that will pay for water main renewals Gale Rd between 21st Ln and 23rd Ln;  The District also plans on installing 400 radio read meters.The District is currently serving 4,308 water services with a population of 9,854. The Proposed Budget is available for review at the District office Monday through Friday from 10 AM to Noon and 1 PM to 4:30 PM. The Budget hearing will be December 9, 2020 at the District Board Meeting at 7 p.m.

The District is now accepting Credit Card Payments


The District accepts credit card payments online and at the District office. To pay online click the pay Bill tab. Payments by credit online will be charged user fees by the service provider. To proceed you will need to know the amount owed and your account number. The District cannot take a card number over the phone. This is for your security and the Districts.
