9.00 Procedure.
These By-Laws may be altered, amended or repealed and new By-Laws may be adopted by the Board of Directors at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors upon notice of the Board of Directors and the public pursuant to the notice required for special meetings of the Board of Directors. .
St. Charles Mesa Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, St. Charles Mesa Water District has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and commercial screen reading software.
